What if I am not satisfied with the service? 
 We have Satisfaction Guaranteed that if you are not satisfied we will do it again with no additional charge, on the same time the service was performed, and you still not satisfied we will reimburse you completely the fare you paid in advance. 

Can I cancel my appointment? 
Yes, you can.  Just give us a call before we go to your place. 

Can I upgrade my service after I scheduled it? 
You can give us a call in advance to change the service requested, so we can assure you it will be performed as you requested.

Can I have Express Service? 
We offer Express Service for additional cost, you only have to call us if you do not see any slots available for a quicker response. 

Can I split the service? 
Unfortunately we do not offer any split services: If we go to a place all cleaning areas has be done on the same trip.
